The Gasthaus Motel was built in 1971 as a 14 room one story building. In 1978 four rooms and a two car garage were added. In 2005 the garage was transformed into two king rooms. Randy and Teresa own a house at the west end of the property which includes the motel registration office. The motel living quarters has recently been updated into an extended stay fireplace suite.

Today the Gasthaus Motel has twenty one units all on ground level. AAA has approved the motel at diamond. The owners have found that guests really enjoy the convenience of unloading their vehicle without stairs and long hallways. The Gasthaus motel has always been known for the degree of cleanliness we boast of today. The owners are both pet lovers and do accept well behaved pets at their motel. The motto at the motel is "Expect to be Impressed". Randy and Teresa would like to challenge you to do just that!

Randy and Teresa plan to continue updating and remodeling the motel to meet the needs of today's traveler whether for business or strictly for pleasure. As the owners live and work here at the motel on a daily basis they take great pride in their accommodations.
